To become an EPP affiliate, you only need to read the Affiliate agreement and fill out the sign-up form. We will review your application, and on approval, send you the necessary code to become an EPP Affiliate.

Electronic Payment Processing Inc. Affiliate Agreement

1) Affiliate agrees to use only images and code supplied by Electronic Payment Processing, Inc.

2) Affiliate agrees to not copy the Affiliate banner to their own server, the banner MUST remain on the EPP server.

3) Affiliate agrees to not alter the code supplied by EPP in any way.

4) Affiliate understands that commissions are paid at the rate of $50.00 for each APPROVED application completed by a visitor from Affiliate's site.

5) No commission will be paid for an application that is denied.

6) The EPP Affiliate banner must be placed on the home page, or other highly visible page of the Affiliate's site.

7) Affiliate may use any reasonable means to bring visitors to their site as possible commissions. However, unsolicited e-mail, and spamming of any form is not allowed, and will result in immediate removal from the program.

8) Affiliate may not claim to be a part of, or associated with Electronic Payment Processing Inc. in any way, other than to state that they are an Affiliate of EPP and/or have obtained a merchant account through EPP.

9) Affiliate may not use any other graphics, content, or code from the EPP site, except that provided by EPP and is required to be an Affiliate.

10) Affiliate will receive an e-mail summary of commissions earned once every 30 days. In the case where no commissions have been earned, no e-mail will be sent.

11) Commissions earned will be issued in the form of a check, made payable to the Affiliate name we have on record, and will be mailed to the address given when you sign up.

12) Commission checks will be issued on approximately January 1st, and July 1st of each year.

13) Affiliate cannot earn commission fees for a personal merchant account.

14) EPP retains all rights to Affiliate banners and code.

15) If Affiliate fails to abide by any term of this agreement, Affiliate will be removed from the program, and any further or pending commissions earned will be voided.
